About

In our work together, you will learn how to relate to yourself and the painful realities of life skillfully. To begin, I'll support you in slowly turning attention inward while remaining grounded and open. From this connected space, we'll inquire into the thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and sensations that color your experience of life. Naturally, unresolved trauma and unacknowledged grief will call attention to themselves. We'll meet them together, with genuine curiosity and compassion. Insights emerge both spontaneously and gradually when relating in this way and 'the work' begins to feel more authentic, enjoyable, and healing.

Most find it challenging to be open and present to their moment-to-moment experience of life, especially while relating to others. This is due to the disconnecting pain and numbness of unresolved life experiences. I utilize integrative somatic therapy, IFS, attachment repatterning, and mindfulness counseling to help facilitate an organic resolution process.

At its core, this work is about self-discovery and connection. By offering yourself the time and careful attention needed to heal, a true authenticity is uncovered. It is an act of love that yields the experience of love. I'm honored to partner in this process. To learn more about my practice, feel free to reach out for a consultation.
