Welcome! I’m Jay Tyszka, LCSWA. I specialize in helping women heal from trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, body image concerns, and yo-yo dieting. I also treat depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. Whether you're ready to process through past trauma, battling an eating disorder or negative body image, or struggling with anxiety and perfectionism, I am here to offer you a safe and supportive space to explore, process, and heal.
