My ideal client would be a teen or adult who may be struggling in life and ready to make a change. Whether that be with substance abuse or other addictions, stress and trauma, divorce, or gaining the self-confidence it takes to finally tackle the obstacles in front of them. I am very passionate about serving those in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those who are involved in systems (i.e. foster care, corrections, disability). As a Marine Corps veteran, I take pride in providing services to those who served our country in the military or other civil service jobs. I believe one of the best ways to heal ourselves is to consider the whole person. As a holistic therapist I look at the mental, physical, and cultural side of a person. I realize that a person is much more than their diagnosis and believe that recovery is possible for everyone. I believe all people are capable of bettering themselves regardless of what they have done in their past. If you feel like you are ready to make a change but need a little help getting there, I would love to walk on this journey with you.
