About

Are you facing uncertainty with your place in life, your relationships, or with your personal health? Do you desire to decrease stress levels, and gain the tools and understanding to better connect with your authentic and empowered self? Working through the uncertainty, overwhelm, disconnection, and impact on your self-worth can be so much to navigate on your own. Regardless of your progress on your journey, working alongside someone who understands the complexities of these concerns can be beneficial.

You are more than your pain, stress, and struggles. I hope to provide a collaborative, safe, and affirming space for your next steps. I work most with survivors of intimate partner violence, those living with chronic health concerns, and folks facing major life transitions. I take a person-centered approach utilizing mindfulness & empowerment based tools.

Taking these next brave steps in your journey can be an intimidating process. If you feel I may be a good fit, I look forward to assisting to ensure next steps go as smoothly as possible. If you're ready for what's next, send me an email and lets schedule our first session.
