About

I believe in destigmatizing therapy, and that everyone deserves support when faced with the inevitable challenges life throws at us. I don't believe in pathologizing neurodiversity, and seek to work with individuals to become their fully realized selves. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, 7 of those years working as a music therapist for individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges.

I use eclectic methods including music therapy to process grief and trauma, depression, anxiety, and to build self-esteem. I have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds, particularly focusing on neurodiversity, my areas of interest being autism and ADHD.

I like to meet clients where they are as a person, and together create a therapeutic space that is safe and healing. I also believe that music (songwriting, improvisation, lyric analysis, etc.), can be a powerful tool to help people to find their voice. Please reach out if you feel like this would be a fit for you!
