My name is Jason Puchalsky and I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience. I received my Masters in Florida and am licensed at the highest level to practice independently. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, addiction treatment. I use a strengths based approach to help a client move forward with their goals and work through barriers to doing so. I typically work with individuals that are motivated to change and need assistance with finding out why they are feeling stuck in certain aspects of their life. I believe in an open and honest dialogue in order to help build rapport.
