About

I am here for you as a gentle, patient, and empathic presence. We will figure this out together. Over the years I have cultivated my own holistic approach that is caring and inclusive. My scope of healing is larger in order to address the root causes of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, conflict, and help navigate the intersectionality of the many unhealthy systems we are affected by in our troubled world.

When clients ask and are ready, I look one's personal story, the impact that collective grief has on them, and their ancestral story and potential legacy of inherited traumas. I have found that labels given of "mental illness" are related to a combination of, or impacts of all of these. I feel called to assist other therapists, caregivers, empaths and HSPs.

I'm a father of a daughter and am devoted to making a more just, equitable, and conscious world now and for future generations of human and more-than-human life. Co-Founder of Shadowlight Center, a Mind-Body-Soul psychotherapy practice: www.shadowlightcenter.com. When inquiring, briefly share what you would like to work on.
