My vision is that clients find genuine help, healing, and hope right where they are at, finding peace as they navigate daily life. I have worked with ages 0-55 throughout my career struggling with a wide range of mental health and relationship concerns. I work well with adult clients struggling due to childhood trauma or those in caretaker roles including family members of those struggling with addiction. I have experience working closely with educators and helping professionals in high stress, fast-paced occupations. I use approaches based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I am also able to provide critical incident debriefings if you have experienced a recent traumatic event, have ongoing stress exposure as a helping professional (including foster parents or kinship caregiver) or those coping with stress due to childhood trauma. I am here to help you find solutions and help you navigate life. Together we can set up strategies that help you. Suffering is a part of everyone's life, and it comes in many forms which can impact our mental health and overall wellbeing, but you can get back in balance. You can book me via “my website”.
