I love to work with clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, who they are, and how they connect with the world. Society is a complicated thing, and it didn't come with a manual, but we can work together to to learn, or decide, what it will be for you. Clients who find themselves in my office may have concerns about their relationships, about whether or not they're worthy as people, about how their mind works, or might just have questions about what it means to be a person. I see adults, teenagers, individuals, and couples. Occasionally I run groups. My therapeutic style focuses on arming you with the tools to become the person you want to be. Psychoeducation to develop your understanding of your inner world, CBT to help adjust your course, and narrative therapy to help you find yourself. I'm always working to expand my understanding of other cultures and have strong roots in feminist theory. I believe that in this life, the most precious thing we have is our fellow human beings. I'd be honored to have the opportunity to get to know you and be with you through this part of your journey.
