About

There are many reasons to pursue therapy. Whether you are seeking counseling for the first time or contemplating starting again with a new therapist, you are taking an important step towards self-care and personal growth. Life brings us hardships, transitions, and life altering events which leave us questioning ourselves, decisions, or the people around us. During these seasons it can be helpful to have a skilled partner. Someone who sees, listens, and affirms you as you walk through life's challenges. It is my privilege to hear your story and help you tap into your inner strength, sense of self, and provide support.

I use Emotional Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other approaches that will best fit your needs. I have a history of ministry experience that I can utilize to support my clients in the integration of faith to foster healing, processing belief systems, and development of spiritual identity.

My treatment approach has a strong relational and collaborative component. Starting therapy takes courage and I am glad that you are here. It would be my privilege to witness your story, foster a context for healing, and provide a place where you can be authentic. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
