About

Therapy is a real relationship between equals. A happy life full of passion and purpose comes from aligning our daily actions with our core values. I believe deeper insight into our patterns is the first tool we need to empower ourselves to change. Whether you’re taking steps toward mending dysfunctional cycles, or if you’re new to self-reflection and need someone to listen and support you while you define new goals, my practice is open to you.

We'll create a collaborative relationship from a foundation of authenticity, curiosity, and trust. I'm trauma-informed and trained in DBT, CBT, MI, and EFT. My interdisciplinary approach prioritizes comfortable conversation and growing self-insight . We’ll aim toward healthy relationships, self-love, community justice, contribution, and stability.

Therapy should move at your pace, based on your priorities and motivations. Suffering is eased when we work together, and communities can be built when we live as our authentic selves. I look forward to meeting you where you are. If you feel we may work well together, please reach out.
