As a Southern Black Woman & Dance/Movement Therapist, I specialize in radical compassion and solution focused support with navigating to heal from trauma. Through a blend of talk therapy, movement, and cultural healing practices, I empower clients to release burdens, reclaim joy, & rehumanize their lives and their community.
