About

One of my favorite quotes is: “All good things are wild and free” by Henry Thoreau. How can we enjoy our lives if we are reliving the past, worried about the future, and/or constantly trying to make ourselves feel better just for a moment? Does the challenge seem insurmountable? Maybe or maybe not, let us explore it! See my website (motmtherapy.com) for my full bio and to schedule a consultation.

Additionally, I am certified through IOCDF for the treatment of OCD. I carry certification in Prolonged Exposure as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am also a DBT-informed provider and a provider for Trichotillomania, dermotillomania and other BFRB's (Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors).

Those first couple of steps in your journey towards self-improvement can be scary, but I look forward to collaborating with you to reach your goals. I get it, change can be scary, but how's that approach working for you? How is the status quo working for or againist you in your life right now?
