Arriving at the place of wholeness oftentimes is a journey. That path has “detours” and “construction” blocks along the way. Some of us barrel through those and some of us turn around. Either direction leaves us in a place where we need healing. We all have the strength to conquer our adversities and I want to partner with you. I am a licensed professional counselor with over 17 years of experience in behavioral health. In my career I have worked as a case manager, therapist, and clinical reviewer. I have provided care and services to a diverse clientele in a variety of settings. My clinical experience includes providing treatment for anxiety, mood, and substance use disorders. Everyone has a story and sharing the story in therapy begins the journey to living full. Finding and using your voice is powerful.
