About

I come from a diverse background in education, personal experience, and training. I fully believe in treating the whole person in order to address the presenting problem. My approach comes from such therapy styles to include CBT, DBT, Rogerian, EMDR, ACT, CCPT, Filial therapy, and the work of Gottman. I try to meet each client where they are when we start our work together and believe the client is the expert on themselves. I hope to be able to offer insight, education, and intervention to all clients and am continually seeking new research and training to add to my repertoire.

I have a wide variety of training and experience from young children (4+) to elders. I work with many issues in particular are trauma, dissociation, anxiety, personality disorders, family issues, and LGBTQIA+.

I am eager to discuss how I may be able to help improve a client's personal goals, relationships, communication, and self-worth. No one is ever a complete and finished work and I believe my duty is to represent that through professional experience, learning, and training.
