Have you ever felt that life is just too overwhelming? Like maybe you’re taking 3 steps forward and 2 steps back or as hard as you try things just don’t seem to fall into place? If so then you could benefit from having a professional counselor to help you process what’s going on in your life. My job would be to walk with you on your journey, hold up a mirror for you to help you identify any patterns and obstacles and help come up with possible solutions. My job is to help you not have to walk on your journey alone. I am a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor. I have a background in substance use treatment and clients with court and criminal involvement. Additionally, my Master’s degree is in counseling with a specialty in marriage and family therapy.
