Hello my name is Jasmin. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) and have my doctorate in counseling and psychology. My goal is to partner with clients, build strong therapeutic relationships, and empower people to navigate the challenges of life. Connection is at the heart of my work and is the foundation for interventions. I utilize CBT, strengths based modalities, narrative, and arts-informed practices to engage clients to explore complex experiences, feelings, and identities. I am trained to work with people of all ages. My clients and I work together to establish goals based on their values. I work to create a trusting and safe therapeutic environment where people can be themselves. Additionally, I help individuals and families navigate complex systems and attain specialized services as needed. Whatever brought you to seek a counselor I want you to know that I respect you in taking that first step. Whether it is for yourself, a loved one, or your child we can meet in my art studio space or virtually. I also offer clinical supervision and consultation services.
