About

What epiphany have you had about your mental well-being lately? Has life had more downs than ups? More sad days than happy ones? More confusion than clarity? If so, you have come to the right place! My name is Ms. Jay and I am here to assist you with processing through the challenges that this life can bring. It is my desire to help you discover and become the best version of yourself that YOU desire to be. I practice from a person-centered perspective to ensure that the needs and/or concerns of each individual is the focus.

My goal is to provide a safe and judgement free environment that will ultimately produce the vulnerability and transparency needed to access your healing. I have experience working with young children, adolescents and young adults with mental health concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional disturbance, and suicidal ideation.

I am also endorsed in infant mental health (IMH) where I work with young children and their parent(s) on building social/emotional skills and strengthening the parent and child(ren) attachment through relationship building.
