I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University in Psychology and a Master's Degree from University of Rochester in Counseling. I have over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a range of concerns from discourse at home or work, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, or difficulty managing day to day issues. No problem is too large or small to begin working through. I utilize data driven interventions and a cognitive behavioral approach to help you to reach your goals. With your help, I will teach you to challenge negative thoughts and reactions, while developing problem solving skills. These skills can help you navigate difficulties throughout your life.
