About

I am here to be able to help nurture your strengths and your child's. I can address anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-regulation, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, and more to help you or your child gain the coping skills to feel more confident. I work with ages ranging from 3-30, starting with play therapy at a younger age to using cognitive behavior therapy or a modality that fits your personality best as you age. We can decide on your goals together and work as a team.

I love working with children! Play therapy is a style that allows children to use their natural language of play to express themselves and needs in the room, and be able to learn confidence and regulation. It is also a passion to work with teens and young adults with the stage of life and transitions. We talk and find the best modality that works for you!

It is a honor to sit with you and be able to listen and support you through this time. I want to work as a team and communicate openly about how I can support you. My role is supportive as we emphasis strengths and find healthy behaviors and skills!
