About

I’m passionate about providing culturally competent care, in a safe, warm, confidential environment. I’ve been licensed for 10 years and am committed to partnering with you to achieve your individual goals! My professional interests include family dynamics, relationship challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, multiculturalism, immigration, social justice, and adjustment. My approach to therapy is holistic, integrative, and client-centered, meaning I tailor my methods to address the unique challenges, strengths, and goals of each client.

At the core of my practice is a deep commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I typically work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Additionally, I have experience supporting clients through grief and loss, particularly related to animal loss, and addressing issues stemming from religious trauma. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with a focus on fostering resilience, self-compassion, and personal growth.
