Welcome to viewing my profile! I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I received training and focused on the following modes of treatment: attachment theory, play therapy, strength-based, and trauma-informed, among other evidence-based models. Additionally, I have experience working in multidisciplinary settings providing collaborative quality care and psychotherapeutic treatment. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My experience includes treating clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, self-identity/esteem issues, and ADHD. I have worked extensively with families and individuals addressing struggles with adjustment to life transitions. In my leisure time, I retreat in nature by way of gardening and hiking. I also enjoy traveling and learning about cultures and take great joy in cooking and eating various ethnically diverse cuisines with family and friends.
