About

Many of my clients are struggling to overcome situations and expectations that feel out of their control. Whether these are coming from the inside or outside they can be overwhelming and painful. It can feel like we are no match for our thoughts and feelings but my clients learn to recognize their resources, using them to tame negativity bias, isolation and despair. In that process clients experience their relationships and actions aligning more with what they really want.

I walk alongside my clients to give a safe space to process, encourage finding their abilities and discover their unique strengths. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I pay attention to the role of context in a problem and in solutions. This allows a client to realistically practice acting on their values and goals.

Living can be hard, especially in chaotic times. Connection with a compassionate and capable therapist can make the load much lighter. If you want help in managing past trauma, major depression, anxiety ADHD, or other struggles, I hope you will consider me to be in your corner.
