I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy services in Texas and New Mexico. I have over 12 years of experience in the mental health field between Southern New Mexico and San Antonio, TX. I have provided both in home and telehealth therapy since 2014 and exclusively telehealth since March 2020. I currently only provide telehealth services. I have familiarity supporting individuals working through a wide variety of problems from difficulty adjusting to a significant life change or working through a traumatic event to an episode that leads to depression, anxiety, and other issues. As a clinician, my goal is to help you through your healing journey by meeting you where you are at and assisting you in regaining control of your mental and emotional self by increasing understanding of self and applying therapeutic tools. I believe everyone deserves to heal and lead a successful happy life.
