During my life's journey and work in counseling I have walked through many areas and topics toward healing. For the last 11 years I have specialized in trauma and addiction. This includes working as an in-patient case manager at a dual-diagnosis treatment center for addiction. My work includes, but is not limited to, veterans, first responders, medical providers, couples, young adults and adolescents. My goal is to provide a calm and welcoming environment where trust may start the foundation for learning and healing. I am licensed in Arizona, South Dakota and Wyoming. Pulling from many different types of therapeutic techniques, together we will build a plan of action that will address the surface issues, as well as, areas not so visible. Upon request, Christian/Biblical principles may be brought in to the process. What if I told you that it has taken strength and courage to get to where you are today? There is fear in change of any kind, even when it is positive. That fear loses it's strength when one begins to realize how much easier life can be. Let's work together to lighten your step.
