I also utilize mindfulness techniques and behavioral strategies to help you improve your coping and self-care skills. I work with adults who are coming in for attachment/relationship issues, overwhelm & stress, life balance, anxiety, trauma, a desire to shift habits and patterns, identity, gender, and life transitions.
