About

I’m glad you’re here. Engaging in therapy takes a tremendous amount of courage, and I am honored to be a part of it. I am a licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I specializes in treating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, phase of life transitions, academic and learning challenges, family stressors, and self-esteem. I work through a multicultural lens that values all aspects of a person’s identity and the context in which they live.

My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel free to explore all aspects of their identity, family history, and the world in which they live. Doing this will require developing a sense of trust and building a working relationship that will allow us to pursue the goals we develop together.

I use an integrative approach to help clients cultivate resilience and coping skills while also gaining a deeper understanding of the impact of past experiences and relationships on current patterns and personality styles. I draw from Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Attachment theories to support clients in their personal growth.
