About

Ultimately, my purpose as your therapist is to help you find joy in life. I use a Feminist, Attachment-based, Trauma-informed approach to empower you to trust yourself, and tap into your inner resilience. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. Together we can work to process and heal past traumas, gain insight, and replace harmful behaviors with more positive ones. I work with women and non-binary folks who have experienced relational trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and Disordered Eating. Many of my clients identify as Neurodivergent/Highly Sensitive.

I have honed my skills as a program director with a large nonprofit, as well as at the Residential Treatment Level for Trauma. I have additional certifications in Disaster Mental Health, and Restorative Yoga. I believe in recognizing the impact of racial inequality, generational trauma, and microaggressions on mental health.

If you have any questions as to whether or not we would be a good fit, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact me.
