Welcome! My passion is working with women, young adults, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community because they are often struggling in ways that society fails to understand, to which I can relate! I believe my clients can decide which areas to explore because they are the expert of their lives. I will listen to your story and then guide you through the areas that cause the most strife. My clients are often those who feel alone, sad, or endeavor to find their "people." I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, career, and childhood trauma. Are you ready to figure out what's holding you back from the life you want? I can lead you on a journey to discover your true self and find your unique purpose.
