About

Thank you for viewing my profile. I’m glad that you’re seeking well-deserved support on your journey through life. I enjoy cocreating a therapy space that is uniquely tailored to you, aligned with your goals and values. I view therapy as a place to reflect on experiences, beliefs, and aspirations in order to gain more clarity about our self so that we find acceptance and implement change. I prioritize ethical and compassionate care for clients helping you to tap into your inner wisdom for sustainable growth. I celebrate diversity and engage from a respectful and humble position, always striving to learn and to take accountability.

I regularly receive feedback that I offer both support and challenge to clients and I believe this interplay supports the process of self-awareness to build a fulfilling life in community. I work from an insight-oriented, humanistic framework and believe that trust, safety, and collaboration are necessary ingredients in therapy.

I support clients through personal identity exploration, role changes, and life transitions including sexuality and gender exploration, parenthood, and loss. I also enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students, and I have extensive experience working with people recovering from experiences of interpersonal violence and oppressive experiences.
