About

Accepting clients interested in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in January 2025. My goal is to help my clients not just survive but to thrive. I assist my clients in connecting to their deeper selves in order to discover their individual goals, talents, and desires. I'm most effective working with adults who are managing a life transition, addressing a relationship conflict, processing trauma or changing unwanted behavioral/thought patterns. Common symptomology that I treat are: depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders.

I provide a gentle, non-judgmental, present moment approach in my practice. My Master's level training was at Naropa University (a Buddhist inspired institution) in Boulder, CO. This unique schooling is contemplative in nature and focused on Eastern Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation, and how these philosophies can be blended with our Western ways of being.

My belief is that overall health can be achieved once our mind, body, and spirit is in alignment within ourselves. I look forward to getting to know you, your story, and would be honored to assist you on your healing journey. For additional online information about my services, please visit: www.mbsidaho.com.
