My approach is individualized and collaborative to your experience and needs. I offer a non-judgmental, safe environment to explore these experiences and work towards growth and healing. I am an EMDR Certified and Approved Consultant and this is my primary therapeutic mode. I offer short-term EMDR focused therapy and EMDR intensive service to address underlying issues in a more direct approach. With an attachment-focused approach, I can help resolve the deeper pieces impacting you today! Currently accepting new clients!
