I have 16 years of experience in mental health. During those 16 years, my goal was to help people during the most stressful times in their lives. I have guided people to change beliefs that work against them, helping them create a life that is healthy and fulfilling. I have experience with CBT and Solution-focused therapy, which can help you to understand and change difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
