Have a behavior that served you once and is now blocking you from reaching your goals? Maybe that is depression, anxiety, life changing transitions, or healing old wounds. Come have a seat at the table. I am here to lend a supportive ear in a safe space to reach your goals with services. My goal in our work together is to support you in taking the next steps in your own journey. I appreciate working with the identified client while also providing assistance for natural supports (caregivers, partners) to continue supporting and expanding the safe space. Mesa Waa Gii (The Gathering Table) was created due to a gap in mental health services and providers at the local level. I envision the therapeutic process as humans sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee or hot tea and using their strengths to identify ways to improve their world.
