About

Hopefully you're here because you want something to be different. Sometimes talking to someone who isn't involved in your life can help put things in perspective, help you see things in a new light, or find solutions to the things that get in the way of your finding meaning and purpose. Maybe you just need a listening ear. I believe that therapy works, or I wouldn't be doing it. I love what I do.I believe in it.My goal is to be real and approachable, and to empower you to find healing in your own way.

I work mostly with the neurodivergent community and with the LGBTQIA+ population (individuals) but welcome all. You won't typically find me telling you what to do and how to do it, because I don't think that works for most. I strive to find the best answers for you, individually.

Contact me for a free consultation. I am a member of APA and am a certified trauma therapist in Virginia through the NASW. I am licensed as a clinical psychologist in North Carolina, Virginia and Oregon, which means I am able to see clients in all 3 states. I am also credentialed through PsyPact, which means I can see clients in 42 states.
