At its core, disconnection from ourselves, our family, or even our community is the root cause of many of our challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship dissatisfaction, or triggers from past traumas, we'll work together to repair your emotional and attachment wounds. Ultimately, my goal is to work collaboratively to help you cultivate balance and the skills that you need so that your mental health challenges no longer prevent you from achieving your goals. Through gaining insight, using your own unique strengths, and a focus on the mind body connection, we'll cultivate growth through gaining skills and broadening perspectives. I encourage clients to be curious and bold as they work to heal in an environment of compassion and safety provided by a trauma informed approach to psychotherapy. Specifically for those who are new to therapy, have experienced past wounding judgements, or are survivors of emotional abuse or neglect, I strongly encourage you to contact me. You will be welcomed by a therapeutic relationship based on compassion and non-judgement within a warm environment that supports you through any stage of your therapeutic process.
