Together we will reflect on your life in order to find relief from the distress that led you to seek therapy. We will work to improve your relationships with parents, children, a spouse or partner. We may work to improve your performance at school or deal more effectively with your boss. You also may want to become a better leader. In sum, I will collaborate with you in order to help you to live with more vitality and feel more connected to others in a healthy manner. My approach focuses on helping you to live life more fully by uncovering inherent strengths. I can help you develop more gratifying relationships while also reducing depression, anxiety, loneliness. I also serve as a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry where I focus on the development of empathy.
