James Michael Seehof attained a Masters Degree in Psychology and was a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in Idaho for 15 years. He is now practicing in the state of Washington on Orcas Island at the Healing Arts Center in Eastsound. He is currently licensed as an LMFT in the state of Washington and an LCPC and LMFT in the state of Idaho. He is comfortable working with diverse clients and respects their individuality. He tailors his technique to the needs of his clients, comfortable listening and exploring as well as discussing strategies needed to create change or solidify boundaries. I am a licensed therapist offering counseling, groups and workshops focusing on relationships, mental health, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, overcoming obstacles and achieving growth. Services include individual, couples and family counseling, groups, workshops and plant medicine integration. I am passionate about supporting the creation of a culture that is inclusive, compassionate and participatory. To this end I invite each of us to explore where we are stuck, traumatized, addicted, angry, anxious or in some way not living the life we had hoped for. As we break our binds and find solutions we support a happier life and a healthier culture.
