About

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, I believe that all should have access to affordable, culturally sensitive therapy/counseling. This belief prompted me to begin practicing therapy in 2010. I believe that seeking therapy demonstrates strength, not weaknes. I strive to make mental health services more accessible to all. My professional experience includes working with adults, families, children, adolescents, and couples during which I provided counseling through community mental health, counseling to military members and their families, and counseling to offenders within the criminal justice system.

During therapy, I listen to you and collaborate with you to find interventions that will help you to overcome the challenges facing you in a modern global society. I promise to be present with you during the process. I will help you, the individual, the family, to heal, to energize, to find your inner strengths, and to enhance those strengths.

I can help to bring clarity to your situation. Together we can fit the pieces back into the puzzle! Life issues happen to us all. Allow me to use my professional and life experience to be that beacon of light for you in your situation.
