About

It’s difficult enough to figure out what you want. But saying it out loud to a partner? That can be even scarier. What if we don’t want the same things? Or, worse still, what if I hurt them? Does any of this sound familiar? Many people live in silence to avoid the pain of hurting another. But at some point that backs up on you. Therapy is your place to give voice to those feelings and decide what, if anything, you want to do with them..

Society gives us a lot of input about what we “should” want and need. Sometimes, even the community we enjoy and identify with offers us a lot of shoulds, too. This can make figuring out what really matters challenging. Our work together in therapy helps you move past shoulds and develop the tools to access authentic wants and needs.

Like you, I’ve had questions about what I do sexually, how I relate to people, or what I want in relationships. I’ve had those doubts. I’ve had those insecurities. It’s one of the reasons I became a therapist so that I could be here with you as you navigate those questions and uncover the answers.
