22 years as a generalist in outpatient mental health have generated a wealth of experience. Today I find my clients benefitting from my trauma informed care models with relational health as their driving desire. Psycho-spiritual healing, with individuals, and relational therapy with couples are informed by my integrative approach that is personalized to the particular world view of the person sitting in front of me. Evidence based approaches woven throughout the tapestry of meaningful conversations leaves clients feeling valued and treated as more than a conglomeration of symptoms to be addressed. Recovery from betrayal trauma and divorce adjustment are two specialties beyond standard couples therapy. Treating trauma led me to complete extensive training and receive a Certification in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. Several psychedelic medicines are awaiting FDA approval and I am currently providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Client centered care is my hallmark and blending my educational backgrounds in philosophy, theology and systemic mental health allows me to see my patients through the lense that they see themselves and the world.
