Humphreys Counseling specializes in the treatment of pervasive mental and emotional conditions such as: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Mood Disorder, and Personality Disorders. The key demographic of our client base is anyone who is having trouble with attaining and maintaining a life that is as happy and or successful as they have the capacity to be. My specialty is Strengths based approaches designed to foster growth and proved confidence through the completion of therapeutic goals and changing perspectives through the use of honest communication techniques and objective assessments of worth. This gives people the hope they need to make life altering changes and confidence to believe it can happen for them. In my practice I have the ability to work with those who find themselves stuck in routines or patterns that have trapped them into thinking that change is impossible, it is in fact not impossible.
