I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17+ years of experience in the counseling and mental health field. I have worked with several different populations. My goal for every client that I encounter is for them to become the best version of themselves. My communication style is tailored to the individual that I am counseling. I counsel in a judge-free environment and always attempt to gain outstanding rapport. I approach goal setting with my clients as a joint effort. We will work together to establish the goals that need to be set. The first sessions are the meet and greet sessions. They are also the sessions where I learn what brought you to counseling and you get to learn a little about me.
