I am currently welcoming new clients into my practice who are wanting to make positive changes in their life. My approach is client centered in order to honor each individual's story as well as assist in their healing process. Both my clientele and the therapeutic modalities I use are very eclectic and differ depending on what serves each client best in their life journey. I am passionate about supporting those who struggle with anxieties relating to sense of self, family dynamics, life transitions, perfectionism, and trauma. My goal is to guide you in becoming your unique version of "best self." I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and utilize this modality with clients who have endured stress, anxiety, phobias and trauma. I interweave the Expressive Arts Therapies when a modality could enhance the therapeutic process for a client. I enjoy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when it can indicate growth in treatment. In session you can expect to see Rebelle, my therapy dog in training. She is always a great addition to therapy by adding comfort and unconditional love to the sessions. We look forward to collaborating with you to create a positive therapeutic relationship built in honesty, safety and trust.
