About

I use a person-centered and compassionate approach because I recognize that you are the expert on you. Within this approach framework, I draw on several practices and modalities, including Existential-Phenomenological Humanistic Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. My specialties include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life changes, grief and loss, relational difficulties, and agency development.

I aim to make this experience as comfortable and safe as possible and prioritize client-centered care. I aim for the other to feel in control of the session and their healing journey, helping them work on agency development and connection with an authentic sense of self by providing an open, safe space where they can express what they've been carrying.

Through the therapeutic relationship, we can dive deeper into the lived experiences you have encountered, working through the impacts that these experiences have had by breaking down barriers and building boundaries, and developing skills that will help you navigate the circumstances that daily events, relationships, and personal development may bring.
