Hi there, I’m happy you’re here! I believe that as people, we rely on connection, support, and balance and when a piece of the puzzle is missing it can feel uncomfortable, wrong and even scary. I am passionate about working with individuals and families as they work through these situations and feelings and strive for growth. Through empathy and respect, I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable existing as you are and expressing where you wish to be. In our work together, I will encourage you to lead the way as we recognize your strengths and work to build skills to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I have experience working with people of all ages, 5 to 75, as they overcame barriers, adjusted to life transitions, worked through previous trauma, and a variety of other concerns. Additionally, I have assisted individuals affected by interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism. No matter how big or small your concerns feel, we will work as a team to find a balance that works for your life and aligns with your goals.
