About

Every season in life brings a new set of obstacles and challenges. Sometimes, the season we are currently living in can feel overwhelming, anxiety provoking, and uncomfortable. Are you having difficulty navigating the current stressors in your life? That very brokenness is where the beauty of the counseling relationship comes into play. By utilizing a person centered approach and nonjudgmental stance, I aim to provide support to my clients on their path to self growth and healing.

I have experience working with clients of all ages (6+) and diverse backgrounds primarily those who have experienced trauma or struggle with addictions & recovery. My theoretical background is very much an eclectic approach to meet my client where they are. I often incorporate dbt skills and mindfulness to help clients alleviate anxieties and hurt.

I believe that each of us were born with a unique gift or talent. Sometimes, to be loved, we must first learn to love ourselves. I would be honored to accompany you on your journey of healing and personal fulfillment.
