Do you feel hopeless and alone? If you’re experiencing incredible emotional pain and worry, heartache or disconnection: hold on. Even among the greatest tragedies, frustrations, or deep brokenness, there is still hope for healing. You want to live a life that is free of fear or hurt. You want a relationship or a marriage that is full of connection, romance, and friendship. You want to live in a way that you experience fullness, joy and peace, no matter the suffering. As your counselor, I will strive to walk with you on this journey and to show you the tools you need to heal. I have worked with people who experience anxiety or trauma. I also have worked with couples seeking to heal their relationships. I am excited to work with individuals and couples who are seeking a personal counseling experience and a desire to find solutions to their problems.
