Life can bring on so many challenges. Often times we can feel so alone and lost. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. I am here to help you reach your goals and to develop a stronger sense of control over your life. I will support you in problem solving, gaining insight, guidance with relationships, and with healing from past experiences. Over the past 15 years I have worked in schools, medical facilities and treatment centers. In these settings I’ve helped adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. After gaining experience providing treatment and functioning as a supervisor, I moved into private practice. I am non judgmental and compassionate. The most rewarding part of my career is helping people gain stability in a stronger, more secure sense of self. As an Animal Assisted Social Worker, for those of you who are animal lovers, when I hold in person sessions I am often accompanied by my canine coworker.
