About

Life’s events shape us throughout our development. They provide us with our highest highs and lowest lows. Therapy can help us move through those low moments, so we do not become stuck making every new moment feel as though we are experiencing it through quicksand. I have more than 10 years’ experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflict, family conflict, grief, adjustment to life events, stage of life changes, systemic trauma, and more.

I provide intensive therapy, which allows us to work together for a full day for several consecutive days, offering you the best opportunity to experience the most healing. I use the research supported techniques of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Progressive Counting (PC), and Flash in this intensive therapy environment.

Most people find the intensive approach more effective than weekly therapy and experience relief from their distress within days instead of years. I invite you to learn more about this therapy approach and see if it might be a good fit for you.
